Directions to VFP Lower Welcome Center Parking Lot:

From Route 422:

Take Valley Forge exit

Cross over Route 23 into Park

Circle around to the right

Keep to the right at the fork

Once in lower parking lot look for us near the bathrooms to the left

Directions to Betzwood:

From the Route 422 Exit off route 202:

Follow Route 422 West to the Trooper/Audubon Exit; which is immediately after you cross the bridge over the Schuylkill River.

Turn left at the end of the exit ramp on to Trooper Road and follow over route 422 to the end of the roadway.

Turn right into the Betzwood Picnic Area and keep to your right, as this entrance quickly becomes a fork.

The meeting area is the first parking lot on your right. This area is also the beginning of the 20-mile path to Philadelphia.

Schuylkill River Trail

NOTE: Betzwood is approximately 5 minutes from the interchange of Route
422 and 202.

 Directions to Conestoga High School track:

From the intersection of Routes 252 and 30 (Lancaster Pike):

Follow Route 30 east to the first traffic light; the Daylesford train station will be on your right. Turn left at this light.

Follow this road through a sharp right bend in the road, for approximately ½ mile and turn left on Conestoga Road.

Follow this road for less than 100 yards, through another sharp right bend in the road and turn left on Irish Road.

Conestoga High School is on this corner; park in the lot on your left. The track is across the street and down the road about 100 yards.

 NOTE: CHS track is approximately 5 minutes form the intersection of Routes 252 and 30.

 
Take 422W to the Collegeville/Ursinus Route 29 Exit. Go right off the exit, 29North.  Stay on 29N for about 2 miles. Go through about 3 or 4 lights. The road comes to a T; Route 29 goes right, Main Street to the left. You want to go left. There will be a McDonalds on your left and the Hess Gas Station on your right. After making the left, Ursinus is up on your right about 1/2 mile at most. To past the college and turn right onto 9th Avenue. Go about a block and turn right into the College. Follow the road around and the track is on the left about 1/4 mile from when you make your right into the college.
 
 
Take 202S to the Route 401 exit.  Make a right at the bottom of the ramp for 401N.  At the 2nd light, turn right on Phoenixville Pike.  After just 1/4 mile, the high school and middle school are on the right.  Turn into the first driveway, go up the hill, and the track is on the left.

Directions to Perkiomen Trail:

Perkiomen Trail, Oaks (Crushed cinder/dirt surface is great for long runs) - Take Rt. 422 West to the Oaks exit. If meeting at the parking lot in the park, at the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Egypt Rd. then an immediate right onto New Mill Rd. Parking lot is just ahead to the left. If meeting at the beginning of the dirt path, at the bottom of the Oaks ramp, turn right onto Egypt Rd. then an immediate left on Cider Mill Rd (opposite New Mill Rd.). Go one mile then turn right on Indian Head Rd. Small parking area is at the bottom of the hill on the right. Perkiomen Trail web site - http://www.montcopa.org/parks/perkiomentrail/Perkiomen.htm

Note: Perkiomen Trail, Oaks is approximately 10 minutes from the interchange of Route 422 and 202.

Directions to Wissahicken Stables:

From the blue route (476):

Take Germantown Pike East towards Philadelphia.  At the restaurant "Burno's" (small Italian looking place on your right), take a right and proceed down the small road.  The stables will be on your left, park anywhere, we meet at the entrance to the trail, located at the end of the road your on.
